Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5-8+ years of production experience across multiple departments.
• 2+ years teaching an operating system and its principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and confirm that manufacturing operating system standards are applied throughout the area.
• Facilitate the results process using standard processes and tools.
• Coach and support to achieve SQDCPME objectives.
• Lead improvements to prevent recurrence of systemic abnormalities.
• Plan maintenance tasks, monitor completion and effectiveness, and drive coaching opportunities.
• Create and coordinate work plans for downtime, shutdowns, and changes; evaluate effectiveness.
