Albertsons Companies is seeking a Production Team Lead for the Central Fulfillment Center in Ridgefield, WA. You will guide a production team, lead training, and resolve technical/workflow issues to ensure efficient central fill operations involving pharmacy systems and packaging of prescriptions.

Qualification highlights include a pharmacy technician license in the home state, confidentiality, and preferred national certification.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician License in Central Fill home state.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.
• Experience as lead or supervisor in pharmacy tech.
• Experience as Pharmacy Technician/Assistant in mail order/high volume production.
• Central Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Prefers closed-door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, phone work).
• Good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities for the team.
• Train and support the team under the Pharmacist in Charge/Group Supervisor.
• Ensure safety minded leadership and policy compliance.
• Troubleshoot production line software/hardware with maintenance and IT.
• Triages issues and coordinates with internal and external resources.
• Assist with maintaining pharmacy system uptime for counting, conveyance, packaging and shipping.
• Develop process improvements for team direction and efficiency.
