Job summary

UFP Site Built, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a hands-on team on the factory floor. You will ensure daily production runs safely and efficiently, communicate goals, and help employees succeed through coaching and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Post high school education required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing environment.
• 1–3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift.
• Set daily goals and monitor progress.
• Identify and troubleshoot production delays.
• Ensure materials, tools, and information are available.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback.
• Communicate issues to management and drive improvements.
