At HIGH FORMAT, a division of Manthei Construction, our team members transform natural materials into durable, aesthetically pleasing landscaping products. Our offerings include retaining walls, pavers, and other architectural landscape products cast from molds made of weathered stone. We focus on developing innovative ideas, products, systems, and technologies to revolutionize the industry.

The Position

As a Team Lead, you will operate machinery and perform manufacturing tasks to produce concrete landscape products. You will oversee the production process, supervise team members during shifts, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

The environment is fast-paced, offering opportunities to develop expertise. Candidates should prioritize safety, perform tasks proficiently, and aim to deliver high-quality finished products.

Shift details: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

Key duties include:

• Inspect molds and forms for quality issues.
• Ensure proper filling heights and thorough cleaning of products.
• Clean equipment and machinery.
• Perform other production duties as needed.
• Lead the 2nd shift precast team to meet production targets, resolve issues, and report results.
• Communicate goals to team members and management.
• Make judgment calls on conflicts and mechanical issues when management is unavailable.
• Coordinate breaks and schedules with team members.
• Organize tools and materials, maintain a clutter-free workspace.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Follow and enforce conduct guidelines per the employee handbook.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements include standing for long periods and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
