Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee assembly line efficiency, quality, and production. This full-time role requires leadership in training, task coordination, and cross-training across Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for certification of production Team Members.
• Communicate materials needs to material handlers.
• Support Area Coordinator, Production Manager, and Team Members through daily Huddle Meetings.
• Assign daily tasks to each Team Member and ensure cross-training/job rotation is performed.
• Ensure organization/cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Coordinator and Production Manager.

Summary

This position will lead a team to support efficiency, quality and production of an assembly line.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide training for certification of production Team Members
• Communicate materials needs to material handlers
• Support Area Coordinator, Production Manager, and Team members through daily Huddle Meetings
