• Salary: $28 - $32 per hour
• Shift: First
• Work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Education: High School diploma

Responsibilities

1. At least 2-3 years of mechanical production line and team lead experience, with prior experience as a production line operator, capable of jumping onto the production assembly line when needed.
2. Enforce compliance with assembly procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices to maintain a clean, efficient, and standardized work environment.
3. Communicate daily production targets and responsibilities to ensure team alignment and accountability.
4. Manage line setups, equipment readiness, and shift transitions, including monitoring safety equipment and tools.
5. Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and resolve production or quality issues swiftly.
