The role influences safety, quality, and continuous improvement, partnering with engineering and maintenance to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership experience, and forklift certification is preferred.
The Production Team Lead is a senior technical working lead responsible for coordinating daily production activities and supporting shift performance through leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on support as needed. This role directly influences production targets, quality performance, safety expectations, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring team members and optimizing workflow.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly communicate. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle material, as well as reach with hands and arms (including overhead). The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
