  • Demonstrated ability to connect operational decisions to cost, margin, and business results.

  • Lead and develop managers across customer service, quoting, quality, purchasing/AP, and shipping.
  • Own end-to-end operational execution including order-to-invoice performance, quote accuracy, supplier delivery, quality outcomes, and shipping execution.
  • Build and improve scalable processes, controls, KPIs, and operating rhythms to support growth.
  • Provide senior leadership for the ISO-based Quality Management System, including audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to improve quoting effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead purchasing and accounts payable with accountability for supplier performance, cost control, and working capital.
  • Improve procurement processes, conduct cost reviews, and drive supplier cost-reduction and improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all shipping requests.
  • Support EHS programs and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
  • Build strong teams, coach leaders, and develop succession plans as the organization scales.
  • Contribute to strategy development, and direction, as a member of the leadership team.

Overview of Position:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale core operational functions in a fast-growing, high-tech manufacturing services organization. This role is responsible for Customer Service (order-to-invoice), Quality, Purchasing & Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Shipping Compliance, with strong partnership responsibilities supporting EHS and Continuous Improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven leader of leaders who can build scalable systems, develop strong managers, and drive operational rigor across quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience and ISO expertise are strongly preferred

Pay:

$140-175K This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication and may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and possibly holidays. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move about the facility. The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak, hear, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear as well as interact with other employees.
