Essity is seeking a Production Team Lead in Bordentown, NJ to supervise daily manufacturing operations on the 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. You’ll coordinate team activities, support operators, ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Production Team Coordinator to help keep our manufacturing floor running efficiently. In this role, you’ll be a key connection point for the team, coordinating daily activities, supporting operators, and ensuring smooth, consistent workflow throughout the shift. Starting Pay $25 to $29 per hour + quarterly bonus + full benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
