Essity in Philadelphia seeks a Payroll & Time Management Supervisor to lead U.S. and Canada payroll and time systems.
You will oversee ADP and Kronos Dimensions, drive process improvements, and partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in payroll (multi-state), 3+ years of people leadership, CPP/PCP or equivalent preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

The Payroll & Time Management Supervisor – North America is responsible for leading payroll and time administration operations across the United States and Canada. This role manages a team of payroll professionals and serves as the functional owner for payroll and workforce time management processes, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with all federal, state, provincial, and local requirements. The position serves as the primary business lead for ADP payroll systems and Kronos Dimensions / UKG Workforce Management, partnering closely with HR, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, IT, and external vendors to optimize payroll delivery, support manufacturing teams, and drive consistent service delivery across North America. In addition to overseeing payroll and workforce time management operations, this role champions a digital-first employee experience by driving adoption of employee and manager self-service capabilities, expanding the effective use of case management and ticketing solutions, and promoting continuous improvement across payroll and timekeeping processes. The Supervisor is accountable for identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, standardize, and improve processes while strengthening operational efficiency, control, and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be located in Philadelphia and able to work three days a week in office.
