Lear For You in Flint, MI is seeking a Production Coach to lead hourly production teams, plan and direct day-to-day work, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency on the line. The role requires an associate degree and 3+ years in manufacturing; you will monitor schedules, adjust manpower, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement while complying with ISO14001, OSHA and TS16949.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent; two years related experience and/or training.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willing to work extended periods or varying shift hours.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, OSHA, and TS16949 requirements and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate hourly production employees.
• Provide feedback on daily defects to management and staff.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Establish or adjust manpower to meet production schedules.
• Analyze and resolve production problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and production records.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications.
• Study schedules and estimate worker hour requirements.
• Suggest measures to improve efficiency of methods, equipment, and quality.
• Motivate employees to achieve goals.
