C.A. Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join our operations.

You’ll receive hands-on training while learning processes such as sand molding, melting, pouring, grinding, and material handling. No prior foundry experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas industries.

Qualifications

Now Hiring: Foundry Production Team Associate – Minster, Ohio

C.A. Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join our operations. In this role, you’ll receive hands‑on training while learning various processes within the foundry. No prior foundry experience is required‑we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. This is a hands‑on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $22.52per hour and higher plus$2.00/hour shift differential = $24.52 per hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools
• Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
