You’ll receive hands-on training while learning processes such as sand molding, melting, pouring, grinding, and material handling. No prior foundry experience is required—we’ll train you and help you grow. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong safety and reliability record expected.
• Willingness to work in a foundry environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools.
• Produce quality castings through sand molding, melting, pouring, grinding, and material handling.
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
