WYLD in Missouri — Kansas City is seeking a Production Support to act as the daily facilitator for preparing products for fulfillment. You will help maintain high production efficiency, safety, and hygiene while following standard work methods and safe habits.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leads, opening/closing stations, preparing ingredients, and managing packaging tasks. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Production Leads and team.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly production goals.
• Open and close workstations per procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and keep workspace clean.
• Operate machinery per production schedule.
• Handle METRC tags and batch stickers.
• Meet packaging KPIs and assist during breaks.
