Eatgron in Missouri’s Kansas City area is seeking a Production Support team member to keep daily operations running smoothly. The role focuses on preparing products for fulfillment, maintaining safety, hygiene, and adherence to standard work methods.

You will collaborate with Production Leads, manage METRC-related packaging tasks, operate equipment, and support KPI goals while staying adaptable and accountable.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, fast-moving environments such as restaurants, production lines, or retail.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to doing things right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team.
• Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Adapt to various production tasks as required.
• Use daily checklists for smooth facility operations.
• Manage METRC tags and batch stickers.
• Operate machinery per the production schedule.
• Mix ingredients, weigh, and apply coating solutions.
• Follow packaging protocols, manage METRC tags, create batch stickers, and operate packaging machinery.
• Meet packaging KPIs and assist during production breaks.
