Job summary

Grön is seeking a Packaging Support in Kansas City, Missouri to join our Packaging department. The role focuses on preparing and packaging products for fulfillment, maintaining safety and efficiency, and following standard work methods.

You will collaborate with the team, operate packaging equipment, manage METRC tags and batch stickers, and complete daily checklists to keep the facility running smoothly while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication to share updates with team and leadership.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and accountability for team success.
• Reacting to changes with a constructive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with Packaging team and leadership to achieve daily goals.
• Follow company and government compliance to complete daily packaging and prep.
• Maintain a clear workspace.
• Maintain METRC seed-to-sale system and manage tags and batch stickers.
• Complete daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly.
• Learn to operate various packaging machinery.
• Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal products post-production.
• Identify tasks when there is a break in packaging.
• Collaborate with coworkers to complete tasks promptly.
