Grön in Missouri – Kansas City is seeking a Production Support associate to assist in preparing products for fulfillment on a high-volume line. The role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and adherence to standard work methods to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Production Leads, opening/closing workstations, preparing ingredients, weighing, coating, METRC tagging, and operating packaging equipment. Lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for long periods are required.

MO - Production Support

Department: Production

Reporting To: Kadi Craddock

Compensation: $17.00 / hour

Description

About the Role: The Production Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment. The production team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Production Support is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team
• Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures
• Prepare ingredients & maintain a clean and organized workspace as per company standards
• Adapt to various production tasks as required
• Use daily checklists for smooth facility operations
• Manage METRC tags and batch stickers
• Operate machinery as per the production schedule
• Approach various parts of the production process such as mix ingredients, weigh, and apply coating solutions
• Follow packaging protocols such as managing METRC (seed-to-sale system) tags, create batch stickers, and operate packaging machinery
• Meet packaging KPIs and assist with tasks during production breaks
