Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Production Support teammate for 1st and 2nd shifts to help keep production operations running efficiently by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are available when needed. This role plays an important part in maintaining workflow, supporting production teams, and contributing to a safe, organized manufacturing environment.

You will work with a team, follow OSHA regulations and MPW safety policies, and perform duties such as transporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; some high school considered.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred; forklift and basic computer knowledge are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, parts, and supplies to maintain workflow.
• Stack/unstack materials safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trucks following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
• Respond to radio calls and operational requests promptly.
• Monitor fixture inventory to support production needs.
• Assist in preventing downtime by ensuring materials are available.
• Communicate concerns to supervisor immediately.
