MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Production Support Laborer to assist daily production operations in an industrial setting. You will help with material handling, cleaning, and general labor while working closely with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for material handling and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks on 8-12 hour shifts.
• Ability to wear PPE and operate tools after training.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or shifted schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities to reduce downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Pack, sort, and load automotive parts, tooling, and materials.
• Pressure wash customer parts and equipment per production standards.
• Move materials safely around the work area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or delays to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer expectations and goals.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after training and certification.
• Adapt to changing production needs as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with inventory handling and material movement as needed.
• Take on additional production, cleaning, or labor tasks as assigned.
