Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in East Liberty, OH is seeking a dependable Production Support team member to help keep production operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are available when needed.

You will transport materials to the production line, load and unload trucks, keep work areas safe and organized, respond to requests promptly, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and customer expectations while following OSHA and MPW safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education will be considered.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; forklift, receiving, and basic computer knowledge are a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical manual labor, remain on your feet for extended periods, climb stairs, and work around confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, parts, and supplies to and from the production line to maintain continuous workflow.
• Stack and unstack materials safely and efficiently to support production operations.
• Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping.
• Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests.
• Monitor and manage fixture inventory to support production needs.
• Assist in preventing production downtime by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve production goals and customer satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA regulations and MPW safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate equipment, inventory, safety, or operational concerns to the supervisor immediately.
