Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills are essential.
• Ability to read a tape measure and document quality data accurately.
• Forklift/industrial vehicle experience is a plus and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator in setting up and running production lines to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Assist with die changes and operate forklifts to stage materials.
• Perform quality checks including length/width, vacuum tests, and micrometer readings.
• Help minimize scrap and maximize material recovery while following safety procedures.
• Support maintenance tasks and housekeeping; collaborate across shifts.
