Job summary

Pregis LLC in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will assist the Operator in setting up and running production lines to meet quality and efficiency standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing or warehouse is a plus; forklift operation and SAP knowledge are beneficial.

You will perform quality checks, help with die changes, and maintain safety and housekeeping to support smooth shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator in setting up and running production lines to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Help assist the Operator during die changes.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles to stage materials and supplies.
• Perform quality checks including length/width, vacuum tests, and micrometer readings.
• Help minimize scrap and maximize material recovery.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts for smooth transitions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and support the Maintenance Team when needed.
