Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and run production lines to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Catch planks and stack them appropriately.
• Grind plank scrap at the line to support material recovery.
• Assist with die changes.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles to stage materials.
• Perform quality checks (length/width, vacuum tests, micrometer readings).
• Minimize scrap and maximize material recovery.
• Support maintenance tasks and housekeeping duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team members across shifts for smooth transitions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and support the Maintenance Team when needed.
