Job summary

Wistron InfoComm in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Supervisor – Production Support to oversee material preparation, delivery, and packing of finished goods in the Final Assembly Department. This role ensures timely material supply to production lines, accurate usage tracking, and reports on inventory levels.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years in materials management or warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material preparation and delivery to meet production goals and generate regular reports on material availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to optimize material flow and minimize downtime from material issues.
• Supervise packing of finished goods to meet customer specs and quality standards while minimizing waste.
• Oversee waste collection, sorting and recycling, ensuring timely delivery to recycling areas and a clean production environment.
• Provide technical and operational support for shop floor control systems (MES) and escalate complex issues with IT when needed.
• Promote safety and 5S standards; ensure PPE usage and regulatory compliance in material prep and waste management.
