Job summary

Wistron InfoComm is seeking a Process Technician in Fort Worth, TX to monitor production lines, ensure high efficiency and zero-defect output, and act as the technical bridge between engineering and the production floor.

You will perform quick fixes, escalate major abnormalities to engineers, collect data, support DOE experiments, and ensure SOP compliance. An associate degree is preferred; 1 year electronics manufacturing experience required.

Qualifications

• 1 year electronics manufacturing experience in an ODM environment is required.
• Associate degree in engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree is not mandatory.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word for reporting, Excel for data entry).

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines to ensure process parameters are within defined specifications.
• Identify and resolve real-time deviations and machine alarms to minimize downtime.
• Collect production data and perform basic SPC analysis to track yield and quality trends.
• Assist engineers in conducting DOE and pilot runs for new products or processes.
• Ensure line activities follow SOPs and provide feedback for document optimization.
