Job summary

Tindall Corporation in Buchanan, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Production Support Lead to assist the Bed Leader in directing the bed crew, ensuring proper setup for concrete pours, and verifying materials and equipment placement. You will monitor shop cards, coordinate with support staff, and help achieve on-time production while maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

This role requires high attention to detail, teamwork, and a readiness to perform additional duties as

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or related training/experience.
1–3 months of relevant work experience or training preferred.
Ability to follow safety and quality rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist Bed Leader in directing bed crew for proper setup and pour of concrete members.
Ensure correct placement of wood, steel, form liners, insulation and other materials.
Review daily shop cards to plan prep for the pour and coordinate materials.
Communicate with support staff to bring necessary materials to the bed.
Direct crew to correct locations of materials and monitor bed layout throughout the shift.
Assist in pouring and finishing the bed; help with stripping, cleaning and prep work.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet production deadlines.
