Job summary

Tindall Corporation in Buchanan, GA is seeking a Production Bed Lead for 1st shift to supervise the bed finishing crew and ensure timely, quality concrete beds.

You will review daily shop cards, coordinate materials, direct layout and finishing, and participate in toolbox talks to keep safety and production on schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and assists bed crew in setting up and pouring a bed and ensuring proper placement of cables, steel, and other materials.
• Reviews daily shop cards and plans preparations for the bed pour to meet production deadlines.
• Coordinates with support personnel to ensure required materials are available at the bed site.
• Directs crew on layout and finish of concrete members and participates in toolbox and safety meetings.

Previous experience in finishing concrete is required. **Work Environment**: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration.
