Bilingual Production Support Lead

The Bilingual Production Support Lead helps strengthen employee relations and supports effective communication between management and employees. This role assists in organizing and facilitating cross‑cultural communication and contributes to smooth and efficient production operations. In addition, this position provides English/Spanish translation and interpretation support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow and support all department procedures and company policies.
• Establish goals to improve personal and department performance.
• Support the execution of company goals that contribute to achieving the company’s vision.
• Quality‑check Print Production job jackets to verify stock issues and confirm stock is properly issued by operators.
• Create job jackets and print work tickets for Production Supervisors as requested.
• Input occurrences into the Issue Reporting System to track areas of the business for improvement.
• Review and verify data collection and daily shift summary reports.
• Prioritize requests to maximize efficiency.
• Understand the escalation process and report problems to the Manager promptly.Communicate any issues and status updates regarding job jackets, mail, or stock pulls verbally or in writing in a timely manner.
• Maintain tidy and organized common workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Abilities

• Bilingual Spanish - English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule‑based instructions.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.

Education and Experience

• Two years of related experience and/or training preferred.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 6:00 PM – 4:45 AM
