Job summary

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Production Support Engineer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. You will monitor daily batch jobs, ETL workflows, and database processes, coordinating with the L1 Production Support team to ensure stable operations.

You will troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, manage incidents using ITSM tools, and implement preventive measures across IDMC, Oracle, and distributed systems, while communicating with development and QA teams to

Qualifications

Experience with production support and troubleshooting of enterprise data platforms.
Ability to validate data and optimize queries in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily batch jobs, ETL workflows, and database processes with L1 Production Support.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Manage, escalate, and document production incidents using ITSM tools.
Coordinate with L1, stakeholders, development, and QA teams to resolve incidents.
