Job description

What You Will Do

• Provide full life-cycle application production support and maintenance.
• Participate in development team sprint refinements to understand new features.
• Analyze production support tickets and collaborate with development teams for resolution if needed.
• Document analysis and resolution steps in Confluence pages.
• Update flow diagrams and workflows to aid team understanding of new features.

Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in IT.
• Experience supporting cloud applications in a production support role.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL databases.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Postman.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired:

• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
