Job summary

WYLD is seeking a Production Support professional for our Hammonton, NJ facility. This role helps prepare products for fulfillment, maintains safety and hygiene, and ensures efficient production with a Mon-Thu schedule from 7am–5:30pm.

You will collaborate with production leads, manage METRC tags, operate machinery, and maintain clean workstations while meeting packaging KPIs and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, quick-moving environment such as restaurants, production lines, or retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with others.
• Ownership and accountability for one's work are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team.
• Collaborate to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean, organized workspace per standards.
• Operate machinery according to the production schedule.
• Follow packaging protocols and manage METRC tags and batch stickers.
