Job summary

Grön in Hammonton, NJ, seeks a Packaging Support to drive daily fulfillment operations. You will prepare products, maintain safe and efficient packaging routines, and support production with meticulous attention to hygiene.

The role runs Monday–Thursday, 7am–5:30pm, at our NJ facility. You will collaborate with leads, manage METRC tags, operate packaging machinery, and help achieve KPIs while adapting to varying production tasks.

Qualifications

• Regular communication with Production Leads and team.
• Meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures.
• Prepare ingredients and maintain clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team

• Prepare ingredients & maintain a clean and organized workspace as per company standards
• Adapt to various production tasks as required
• Use daily checklists for smooth facility operations
• Manage METRC tags and batch stickers
• Operate machinery as per the production schedule
• Approach various parts of the production process such as mix ingredients, weigh, and apply coating solutions
• Follow packaging protocols such as managing METRC tags, create batch stickers, and operate packaging machinery
• Meet packaging KPIs and assist with tasks during production breaks
