Job summary

WYLD is seeking a Packaging Support professional in Hammonton, NJ. The role focuses on preparing all products for fulfillment, maintaining safety, hygiene, and standard work methods. Schedule is Monday-Thursday, roughly 7am–5:30pm at the Hammonton facility.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team
• Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures
• Prepare ingredients and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adapt to various production tasks as required
• Use daily checklists for smooth facility operations
• Manage METRC tags and batch stickers
• Operate machinery as per the production schedule
• Approach production steps such as mixing, weighing, and applying coatings
• Follow packaging protocols and create batch stickers and tags

Description

The Packaging Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Our team currently works a Monday-Thursday schedule, hours primarily from 7am-5:30pm at our facility in Hammonton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Communicate regularly with Production Leads and the team
• Collaborate to meet production goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Open and close workstations using standard procedures
