Job summary

Vestas Windsor Blades Factory in Windsor, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee frontline teams, drive Lean and 5S improvements, and collaborate with planning, maintenance, quality, and engineering to meet business goals.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced production settings.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation across shifts.
• Drive Lean initiatives and 5S to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Coach hourly staff and team leads, with regular performance reviews.
• Partner with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and HR to hit objectives.
