Kelly Services is seeking a Production Supervisor for a premier aerospace and defense manufacturing client in Monterey Park, CA. The role handles daily production operations, staffing coordination and Lean initiatives.

You will ensure safety and ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance while driving efficiency in a 1st shift environment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, hands-on ISO 9001/AS9100 exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Hands‑on experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 environments and quality systems.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational abilities required.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to work at a premier aerospace and defense manufacturing client in Monterey Park, CA. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40–$45 per hour
Shift: 1st (Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm)
Temp role about 4 months, to cover a LOA, could be extended long term

• Identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
