Arconic is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Rolling department based in Davenport.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to hourly team members to meet business needs for efficient metal production within an Arconic Business System (i.e., Lean manufacturing). Under the guidance of the Area Manager, the Production Supervisor ensures a safe, productive environment and fosters a positive work culture by supporting team members' learning, growth, and development.
