• Coach, teach and train team members in all aspects of their work.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal and company requirements and expectations.
• Verify daily payroll time sheets for all employees in the department.
• Complete required posting of daily results on communication boards.
• Follow plant GMP policies and ensure packaging and labeling specifications are met.
• Work with Quality Assurance to meet customer expectations.
