Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to lead a crew in a Mississippi plant. You will ensure safe, efficient production that meets customer quality requirements while coaching team members and handling administrative tasks.

You will collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain standards and help drive continuous improvement. The role involves safety training, daily payroll verification, and timely reporting, with a focus on GMP, packaging accuracy, and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Minimum three years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office computer software.

Responsabilités

• Lead a crew of employees and supervise daily production activities.
• Safely produce the required production volume while meeting quality requirements.
• Coach, train and develop team members in all aspects of their work.
• Complete payroll time sheets and daily production paperwork accurately.
• Post daily results on communication boards and ensure policy compliance.
• Be familiar with machinery in the breading, pack-out or palletizing areas.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP standards in the plant.
• Follow packaging/labeling specifications and coordinate with QA to meet customer expectations.
