Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing food manufacturing teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and security is preferred.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• supervise all employees in the department and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• comply with company policies, procedures and quality/safety rules.
• inspect products for defects and report anomalies to supervision.
• manage departmental paperwork including production reports, attendance, payroll, vacations and disciplinary actions.
• understand product specifications and ensure compliance with JHA/JSA requirements.
• maintain familiarity with departmental policies and safety analyses.
