Job summary

DanHil Containers II Ltd. in Temple, TX seeks a seasoned manufacturing supervisor to lead safety, quality and production on the floor. You will coach teams, enforce standards and drive continuous improvement in a high-throughput corrugated converting operation.

You will identify hazards, implement corrective actions, schedule work, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a safe, compliant environment. Weekend/overtime availability required.

Qualifications

• Desire and ability to teach, coach and train employees.
• Three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Five years of experience operating corrugated converting machines.
• Able to manage multiple high throughput machines.
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on the production floor and drive safety, health, environmental, and quality excellence.
• Identify hazards, investigate incidents and participate in corrective actions.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for hourly production staff; deliver feedback.
• Monitor production progress to minimize waste and ensure on-time delivery.
• Address issues to improve safety, quality, production and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively to coach teams and maintain equipment knowledge.
