Job summary

DanHil Containers II, Ltd in Dallas, TX seeks a safety-focused supervisor to lead the production floor, create a safe work environment, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions that improve safety and delivery.

You will coach and train employees on safety, quality, and machine knowledge, supervise corrugated converting operations, and plan work while maintaining waste reduction and on-time shipping. Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability as needed.

Qualifications

3 years supervising experience preferred.
5 years operating corrugated converting machines preferred.
3 years Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe work environment and lead safety initiatives.
Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and participate in corrective actions.
Provide leadership on the production floor to achieve safety, health, environment and quality goals.
Coach, train, and communicate effectively with employees on safety, quality and production.
