You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding hourly employees and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and enforcing company policies, with a focus on continuous improvement and ISO/QMS compliance.

• Strong leadership and communication skills for supervising hourly staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, throughput and cost goals.
• Enforce safe work practices, PPE use, and training compliance.
• Monitor performance, downtime, and staffing; take corrective actions.
• Support maintenance, quality, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coach and train employees; ensure qualification for duties.
• Document coaching and performance discussions; lead process improvements.
• Lead others with coaching, mentoring, and teamwork.
• Ensure ISO/QMS compliance and proper housekeeping.
