Requirements include a High School diploma with related experience (or higher degrees), leadership ability, and the capacity to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. SAP experience is preferred, and the position emphasizes safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 4 years related experience, Associates degree and 3 years related experience or Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Able to demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, teaching, and educating employees on company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and control personal practices at the floor level, provides guidance, coaching and mentoring of hourly staff.
• Monitor and control PMO, USDA, CDFA and FDA compliance through established verification processes.
• Effectively troubleshoots process deviations related to process control or mechanical up time, works closely with maintenance on scheduled and break in work.
• Overseas production, ensuring all employee safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Prioritize safety above all other job duties by having a safety first approach at all times.
