You will manage timekeeping, training, and staffing, while maintaining strong collaboration with maintenance and quality teams to uphold our HACCP/SQF standards and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts (day/swing/grave).

Responsibilities

• Oversee hourly staff and provide guidance, coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure training attendance and timekeeping compliance.
• Enforce food safety policies and GMP/SQF requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to resolve deviations and improve processes.
