Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–25 employees in a rotating shift environment to meet production goals.
• Conduct Gemba walks and MSHA-style inspections in production areas.
• Record near misses and safety deviations to ensure team safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to safety initiatives.
• Hold individuals accountable for production, quality, and training results.
• Train employees to deliver the production plan while minimizing overtime and waste.
• Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct competency testing for direct reports.
• Motivate employees to acquire new capabilities for different processes.
• Correct deviations that affect the production and cost plan.
• Log shift conditions in SAP to prevent unplanned events.
• Encourage use of digital tools to report shift events and downtime.
• Monitor KPIs and act with urgency when outside the operation envelope.
• Analyze losses and provide recommendations to minimize them.
