Job summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day operations, leading Production Leads and Associates. This role ensures plating and packaging meals, snacks, and beverages are executed smoothly while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency.

Thistle Health seeks a candidate with a High School diploma and proven supervision experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of GMP, SOPs and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to meet production goals with accountability and teamwork.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to GMP to uphold product quality and compliance.
• Implement and enforce SOPs and policies across production teams.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Facilities to ensure smooth operations and standards.
• Monitor manifests, documentation, and weight specs to meet production needs.
• Drive accuracy targets and maintain zero allergy-related errors through SOPs.
