Job summary

XL Specialized Trailers is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to guide production staff under the Director of Operations and Production Manager. You will organize workflow, monitor production, and act as a quality inspector and safety coordinator to ensure adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include planning, staffing, training, enforcing policies, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment in our Iowa facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Three years' manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff; organize workflow and monitor progress.
• Act as quality inspector and safety coordinator for the area.
• Schedule personnel, assign tasks, and monitor production schedules.
