What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain daily production goals.
• Communicate goals to employees at shift start.
• Prepare production performance reports.
• Monitor and correct ERP entries.
• Coordinate shift information with other supervisors.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and tools.
• Enter work orders for repairs and record production data.

Team Management

• Create a positive team culture.
• Encourage open communication and respect.
• Recognize achievements and address conflicts promptly.
• Identify process improvements and empower team input.

Training & Performance Management

• Set performance objectives.
• Identify training needs and opportunities.
