Job summary

TotalEnergies in Livingston, TN is seeking a motivated production leader to supervise daily operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflow to maximize efficiency while mentoring and developing a team of manufacturing professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience in a fabricated metals environment preferred.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, lean manufacturing principles, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license required.
