Qualifications

• Associate/bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Capable of covering absences of their next level manager.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs, and assesses performance for assigned employees.
• Ensures safe, accurate, timely and efficient production in compliance with policies.
• Determines production schedule and communicates daily plan.
• Leads investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintains open communication with departments to coordinate production goals.
• Executes and coordinates departmental training.
